The Customer is delivered by Colissimo or Mondial Relais. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. The Client must verify the completeness and compliance of the information it provides to Bindi Atelier. Bindi Atelier cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely at the Customer's expense. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.


If the parcel tracking service of our carriers indicates that the parcel has been delivered, but the Customer has not received its parcel, the latter must carry out a search/complaint with the commercial services of the carrier, but in no case can Bindi Atelier be held responsible for the loss or theft of this parcel, so no compensation or no re-dispatch will be possible.


Shipping time


Orders placed online via the Site are recorded every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

During the normal period, all orders placed before noon are prepared and shipped the same day.

In the event that the processing time of orders is exceptionally extended, the Customer will be notified at the time of placing his order. An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer at the time of dispatch of the products provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error.


Transport duration


The transport times are estimated between 2 to 5 working days from the shipment of the package in metropolitan France and Europe. An estimate of the amount of shipping costs is calculated according to the country of delivery before validation of the basket. These charges are confirmed definitively before the order is definitively validated.


Returns and exchanges


In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within 14 days of receiving his order.

The exchange and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.


The return procedure is as follows :


1. CONTACT FORM: Go to the contact form to submit your return request to customer service. Or connect directly to your customer area to generate a return request. You can also download and print the return form directly here.


2. PREPARE and SHIP YOUR PACKAGE: Insert the delivery or return note in the package, specifying the products returned. The returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded. Be sure to keep proof of return (tracking number La Poste for example).

4.  REFUND: Upon receipt of the item we will proceed with the refund via the means of payment used during the order. In the case of a gift, we can generate a credit note.
