ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Any order placed on the website www.bindiatelier.com is valid for full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Bindi Atelier reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, provided that these modifications appear on the website www.bindiatelier.com
SUBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, in the exclusive context of the relations they establish on the Internet, concerning any online sale of the Products offered on the Site.
They settle all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensure the follow-up of this order.
This agreement applies to the exclusion of any other document.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY
The BINDI ATELIER products offered for sale on the Site are decorative items, accessories and printed textile items. All these products are available while stocks last; we also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products supplied, to deliver only part of an order or to split orders, as well as to change the terms or validity period of any special offer or promotion. In the event of unavailability of any of the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products presented for sale on the Site.
PRICING
The prices indicated on the BINDI ATELIER website are expressed in EUROS, all taxes included. Despite our efforts to display accurate prices on the site, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will give you the choice between reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
The prices quoted are excluding shipping and delivery costs. The user will be informed of these at the final confirmation of the order. The value added tax is that in force in France at the time of the Order.
PAYMENT
Payment for the Products is made by credit card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard). For payments by credit card BINDI ATELIER has selected the PAYPLUG secure payment solution. At the time of the Order, when the Customer must enter or communicate his card number and validity date, he will be on the secure network of the PAYPLUG system. These numbers are never known or kept by BINDI ATELIER. After verification and agreement of the banking center, the Customer automatically returns to the Site to continue his purchases safely. The Customer's bank account will be debited, within 48 hours from the date of the Order which will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the banking center. The debit on the Customer's card will be made in euros only.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We will strive to satisfy your request as best we can. However, please note that orders are processed as soon as possible and once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it will be cancelled or modified. Upon receipt of your online order, please refer to the return instructions in your package. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
With some exceptions, purchases are sent by La Poste. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. BINDI WORKSHOP cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

WARRANTIES : RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The customer has a withdrawal period of 15 days following the date of delivery of the ordered products.
Products ordered at the regular rate must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date; on discounted products, the latter must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Returns will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 working days after receipt of the request.
BINDI ATELIER will agree to refund the goods provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by their original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept used, broken, altered or damaged goods.
The full amount of the returned product will be re-credited to the credit card used to pay for the product. Your credit card account will be credited when processing the returned product, and the credit will appear on your next statement.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless BINDI ATELIER has made an error in the original delivery.
We recommend that you ship the goods by insured parcel post and /or tracking for better tracking. BINDI ATELIER will not provide any reimbursement or compensation in the event that the returned parcels are lost, stolen or damaged during transport.
BINDI ATELIER reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We make every effort to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that a website will be free from human or technical errors. This site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including with respect to pricing and availability, and product information. We will take steps to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been sent, and to modify or update such information at any time without notice.
PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY
The personal information collected in the context of online sales is necessary for the processing of orders and their delivery, as well as for invoicing. This information is strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. Any missing information will automatically reject the order.

The terms and conditions of sale, as well as the contractual relationship between BINDI ATELIER and the user are governed by French law. The Parties accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Lille (France) for any action brought as a result of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
